Shopevo Refund and Returns Policy

At Shopevo, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please read this policy carefully to understand how our return and refund process works.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item — a product different from what you ordered
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The item does not match the description shown on our website

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

2. Return Timeline

Please contact us within the following timeframes to be eligible for a return:

  • Defective or Wrong Items — Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Quality Issues — Report within 7 days of delivery

Returns requested outside these timeframes will not be accepted, so we strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

3. Condition of Returnable Items

To be accepted for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is completely unused and in its original condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items are present
  • The item has no damage caused after delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Innerwear, undergarments, and personal hygiene products
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Products with broken seals or removed tags
  • Items reported after the return window has closed
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling

5. How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to submit a return request:

Step 1 — Contact Us Reach out to our support team via WhatsApp at 03234012515 or email us at info@shopevo.pk within the eligible return period. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Step 2 — Get Approval Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days. Do not ship any item back without receiving written approval from us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Step 3 — Ship the Item Back Once approved, you will need to send the item back to our address. Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping your tracking receipt until the return is resolved.

Step 4 — Inspection Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. We will notify you of the outcome via WhatsApp or email.

6. Refunds

Once the return is approved after inspection, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Store Credit — Issued within 2 to 3 business days after inspection approval
  • Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash — Processed within 5 to 7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery Orders — Refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Refunds are only issued for the product price. Original delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable.

7. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please mention this when contacting our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same conditions as returns. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

8. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at 03234012515. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
