At Shopevo, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably to every corner of Pakistan. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and track your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a notification with your tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp.
Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and order details are correct at the time of placing your order. Shopevo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major Cities: 3 to 5 business days (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and other large cities typically receive faster service)
- Smaller Cities & Towns: 4 to 6 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 5 to 7 business days (an additional 1 to 2 days may apply depending on location)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, high-demand periods, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
We keep our shipping rates simple and affordable:
- Sale Items: FREE delivery on all sale and promotional items
- Standard Delivery: Flat rate of Rs. 199/- on all regular-priced orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide across Pakistan at no extra charge
We do not charge hidden fees. The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final amount.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Shopevo offers Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, so you can pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep. COD is available in all major cities as well as smaller towns and remote areas nationwide.
Please ensure you have the exact or approximate amount ready at the time of delivery to assist our courier partners.
5. Delivery Coverage
Shopevo delivers to all provinces and regions across Pakistan, including:
- Punjab — Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Sheikhupura, Gujrat, Jhelum, Sahiwal, Okara, Kasur, and more
- Sindh — Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Nawabshah, Larkana, and surrounding areas
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) — Peshawar, Abbottabad, Mardan, Swat, and nearby cities
- Balochistan — Quetta and major accessible areas
- Azad Kashmir — Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, and surrounding regions
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address and active contact number are required for all deliveries.
6. Our Courier Partners
Shopevo works with Pakistan’s most trusted and reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and on time. Our courier partners include:
- TCS Express
- Leopards Courier
- PostEx
- TRAX
- Other leading nationwide courier companies
Your order will be assigned to the most suitable courier based on your location and availability at the time of dispatch.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time through the courier partner’s portal or app.
Tracking is available through:
- TCS Express tracking portal
- Leopards Courier tracking system
- PostEx tracking portal
- TRAX tracking system

8. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one was available to receive the order, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. After a set number of failed attempts, the order may be returned to Shopevo.
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, please contact us to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Delays & Exceptions
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
- Public holidays and peak shopping seasons
- High order volumes during sales and promotions
- Courier-side operational issues
Shopevo is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. However, we will always keep you informed and work with our courier partners to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
