1.1 Shopevo is an online retail platform based in Pakistan, offering a wide range of products including fashion, electronics, home essentials, and beauty products.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile platform, and any purchases made through Shopevo.
1.3 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
1.4 Shopevo reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any customer at its discretion.
2. Account Registration
2.1 You may browse our website without registering. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save preferences, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Shopevo is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.
2.3 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of your order and suspension of your account.
3. Products & Pricing
3.1 Shopevo makes every effort to display products accurately, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is completely error-free at all times.
3.2 All prices listed on Shopevo are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Shopevo reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price shown at the time of placing the order.
3.4 In the event of a pricing error on our website, Shopevo reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, even after the order has been confirmed.
3.5 Product availability is subject to stock levels. Shopevo does not guarantee that any product listed on the website will be available at the time of your order.
4. Orders & Acceptance
4.1 Placing an order on Shopevo constitutes an offer to purchase a product. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation from us via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
4.2 Shopevo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.
4.3 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0323 4012515.
4.4 Shopevo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
5. Payment
5.1 Shopevo accepts the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Online Bank Transfer.
5.2 For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full to the courier at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay upon delivery may result in your account being flagged for future orders.
5.3 Shopevo does not store any sensitive financial information such as bank account details or card numbers. All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
5.4 In case of a failed or disputed payment, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Shopevo delivers to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and Azad Kashmir.
6.2 Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Remote areas may require additional time. Shopevo is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or public holidays.
6.3 Free delivery is available on orders over Rs. 2,499. A flat delivery charge of Rs. 199 applies to all other orders.
6.4 Shopevo does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical address and active contact number are required for all deliveries.
6.5 Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 Shopevo accepts returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items only. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
7.2 Return requests for defective or wrong items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Quality-related issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
7.3 Returns must be approved by our support team before the item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
7.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on Shopevo’s part.
7.5 Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.

8. Warranty
8.1 Products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty will be covered under the respective brand’s warranty terms and conditions.
8.2 For products without a manufacturer’s warranty, Shopevo provides a 14-day checking warranty to ensure the product is in full working condition upon receipt.
8.3 Warranty claims must be submitted to our support team with proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on the Shopevo website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of Shopevo and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Shopevo.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Shopevo shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased through our platform.
10.2 Shopevo’s total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed by that customer.
10.3 Shopevo is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or courier failures.
11. Privacy
11.1 Your use of Shopevo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
11.2 By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Shopevo for any of the following:
- Placing fraudulent or false orders
- Providing incorrect or misleading personal information
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
- Using our platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Reproducing or distributing our content without permission
Shopevo reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found in violation of these terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of Shopevo or any purchase made through our platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
